How to Get Dark Firaga in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep
Dark Firaga is Terra's dark-fire projectile and it slots neatly into the darker deck he ends up building
later in his story. It's Terra-only, and both of its recipes are guaranteed, which
makes it one of the more relaxed strong commands to put together.
How to Meld Dark Firaga (Both Recipes)
Two recipes, both at 100%:

Both want a Firaga, so that's your real bottleneck. The only question is whether you spend a Dark Haze
or a Blackout alongside it, and as it turns out that choice decides which ability you can walk away
with.
Which Crystal Should You Use?
This is the interesting part. The two recipes have completely different ability sets, so pick your
recipe based on which ability you're missing rather than which ingredients you have.
Firaga + Blackout with a Wellspring Crystal gives Once More.
Live through a full combo at 1 HP. If Once More isn't in your build yet, this is the recipe you
want.
Dark Haze + Firaga with a Pulsing Crystal gives Leaf Bracer.
No more getting interrupted mid-Cure. Better pick if Once More is already handled.
Past those two: Firaga + Blackout also gives Fire Boost on Shimmering and Damage Syphon on Soothing,
while Dark Haze + Firaga gives Fire Screen on Shimmering and Combo Plus on Wellspring.
Level it before you meld it away if you want to keep what you farmed.
Commands That Use Dark Firaga as an Ingredient
Nothing melds from Dark Firaga, so there's no future recipe you'd be spoiling by using it. Build it
and enjoy it.
Want to Test Your Melding Path?
Since the two recipes give different abilities, the Command Melding Simulator is handy
here for checking which one lines up with what you need.
Dark Firaga is unusual in giving you two guaranteed routes to the same command with different rewards
hanging off them. Work out whether you need Once More or Leaf Bracer first, then pick accordingly.
Either way you end up with the command.
